2. Hosting & server log files

Our website is hosted within the EU/EEA. When you visit the website, the following data is automatically processed:

  • IP address (anonymised, as far as technically possible)

  • Browsertyp und -version

  • Referrer-URL

This data is technically necessary for the operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

3. SSL/TLS encryption

Our website is provided in encrypted form via HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Encryption serves to protect the data transmitted and corresponds to the current state of the art.

4. Local integration of fonts and icons

All fonts (Google Fonts) and icons used on this website are stored locally on our ser-ver. There is no external retrieval from Google or other third-party providers and therefore no transfer of personal data to third parties or third countries.

6. Appointment calendar (Zeeg)

We use an embedded booking button from Zeeg for appointment scheduling. When the button is activated or the widget is opened, a connection to Zeeg is established.

Processed data: IP address, technical browser data
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR

When an appointment is booked, the data entered by you is processed by Zeeg GmbH on our behalf as our data processor.

7. LinkedIn link

Our website contains a simple external link to Pascal Brinkmann’s LinkedIn profile. No social plugin is used. Data is only transferred to LinkedIn when you actively click on the link.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we will process your personal data in order to deal with your enquiry. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or lit. f GDPR.

Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpo-ses or as long as there are legal retention obligations.
